HDPE is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin. It is non-toxic, tasteless, odorless white particles, the melting point of the material is about 130 degrees Celsius, and the corresponding density is 0.941-0.960. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength. Dielectric properties, environmental stress cracking resistance is also good. The melting temperature is 120~160°C. For materials with larger molecules, the recommended melting temperature range is between 200 and 250 °C.

5. High mechanical strength—HDPE has good mechanical strength, the tensile strength at break is 28MP, and the elongation at break is up to 700%.
6. Environmentally friendly and non-toxic—HDPE materials are all non-toxic and environmentally friendly materials. The anti-seepage principle is ordinary physical changes and does not produce any harmful substances. It is the best choice for environmental protection, breeding, and drinking pools.
7. Resistance to plant roots—HDPE has excellent puncture resistance and can resist most plant roots.
8. Low cost and high benefit – HDPE adopts new technology to improve the anti-seepage effect, but the production process is more scientific and fast, so the product cost is lower than traditional waterproof materials.
